- The role involves managing sales accounts in the BFSI, Manufacturing, and Oil & Gas sectors in Nigeria.
- The incumbent is tasked with achieving quarterly sales targets, overseeing sales activities from opportunity creation to deal closure, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration with both Commercial and Enterprise Business Unit teams is essential to leverage existing customer relationships, create new customer connections, and expand OEM networks on a quarterly basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieving agreed sales targets.
- Cultivating and managing long-term business relationships at the C-level in all accounts.
- Directly managing accounts, fostering growth, and delivering assigned business.
- Identifying new sales opportunities and supporting the sales team in meeting targets.
- Supervising Internal Sales Executives for enhanced productivity and exceeding sales targets.
- Participating in OEM and client events.
- Writing OEM Sales Certifications as needed.
- Generating reports on all accounts and transactions.
- Ensuring accurate order details and adherence to customer specifications.
- Maintaining sales records, preparing reports, and providing financial information to the finance department.
- Training sales staff and ensuring quota and goal achievement.
- Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
Requirements
- Strong OEM network.
- Graduate in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of sales experience in the Technology Space, particularly in the FSI sector.
- Well-connected within OEMs (Cisco, HPE, DellEMC, etc.).
- Proficient in using CRM Software.
