Job Title: Accounts and Admin Officer

Responsibilities
- Processing data through the sales and purchase ledgers from the point of receipt of the invoice to completion of the transaction
- Reconciliation of Bank Statement with Payment Voucher, purchase and sales ledgers.
- Monthly stock Valuation, Stock taking, Stock reconciliation, Budget monitoring.
- Preparation of Monthly Financial Statement and bank Accounts Reconciliation.
- Maintain F&B cash balance records, reconciles cash receipts and disbursements to the general ledger monitor store and production
- Follow up with client delivery deliver on business plans for business expansion
- Participate in stock-taking at the Firm.
- Maintain the security of the information held by the department.
- Monitoring and ensuring tax compliance and other regulatory remittances.
- Overall responsibility for maintaining the farm’s financial records, ensure adequate controls are in place.
- Daily administration of financial and accounting practices of the business.
- Create production of daily and periodic cost statements.
- Assist management in preparing documentation for budgeting and financial reporting procedures as well as costing controls.
Job Requirements

- B.Sc. in Accounting
- 2 – 4 years relevant experience
- Must be able to prepare financial/audited statements.
- Must be an accountant with relevant experience in their product and service lines.
Salary
N60,000 – N80,000 / month.
