Job Description
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Provide general support to visitors
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests
- Work directly with the HR Manager
- Perform multifaceted general office support
- Operating a range of office machines such as photocopiers and computers
- Receiving Guests and visitors for the management.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an SSCE qualification with at least 1 year work experience.
Salary
N50,000 – N100,000 / month.
