Job Title: Administrative Executive
Location: Opebi – Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Managing, coordinating and monitoring general office maintenance and repair.
- Managing cafeteria hygiene and adequacy of eatables.
- Managing mail and courier system.
- Managing toilet hygiene and high standard of cleanliness in the workplace.
- Managing of the office equipment.
- Managing clerical or other administrative staff.
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.
- Managing office supplies stock and placing orders.
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management.
Requirements
- HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Electrical Engineering or other related fields.
- 1 – 5 years relevant work experience.
- Candidate must be within the age bracket 20 – 35 years
- Relevant experience (6 months – 1 year) as an Admin is an advantage
- Strong negotiation skill.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Language skills: Must speak fluent English and at least one of the 3 major Nigerian Languages – Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba.
- Must have NYSC Discharge Certificate / Exemption letter.
Remuneration
- Salary: N80,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
- Benefits: HMO Coverage & Pension.
