Job Description
- Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for directing all administrative matters in the organisation; human resource programs and services; providing information and serving as a resource to others; achieving defined objectives by planning, evaluating, developing, implementing and maintaining services in compliance with established guidelines; and serving as a member of the management team.
- You will have overall responsibility for the maintenance, protection and overall management of the buildings, equipment, and grounds of the organisation, both from a managerial and hands-on position.
- This job requires the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as maybe required.

- Degree qualified, you must have a minimum of 5 years’ post qualification administrative experience and must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner.
- You must possess strong interpersonal skills and must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally.
- You must be able to prioritise and plan work activities as to use time efficiently and must be organised, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
