Job Title: Administrative Manager
Location: Alausa – Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Maintain constant communication with managers, staff and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company
- Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity
- Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget
- Manage schedules and deadlines
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
Requirements
- B.Sc in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience of at least 2 years as Admin manager
- Indepth understanding of office management procedures
- Familairity with financial and facilities management principles
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Remuneration
N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
