Job Description
- We are seeking for an experienced, energetic, proactive Administrative Manager, who will be in charge of coordinating an organization’s administration system, general workflows and developing procedures to make a workplace more efficient.
Job Responsibilities
- Produces basic reporting that gathers departmental statistics using Microsoft Office.
- Informs the group of the team’s daily goals and requirements
- Directing the organization’s operations
- Coordinating meetings or taking part in them
- Aiding managers with the compilation of yearly budget data and reports
- Giving tasks to administrative support staff
- Keeping track of and predicting personnel requirements
- Keeping all departmental databases current.
- Handling clerical, accounting, and other office tasks as necessary
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree in relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience in a Logistics/ Supply chain
- Familiar with desktop programs including Microsoft Office 365 and online information research (MS Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
- Must be proactive, highly motivated, and optimistic in attitude. Must be inquisitive and investigative by nature.
Salary
N180,000 – N200,000 / Month
