Job Title: Administrative Officer

Duties and Responsibilities
- In charge of all social media and report to Managing Director.
- Respond to all online enquiries and sales.
- Assist with sales.
- Payment of bills promptly.
- Cross-check level of stock on shop floor and inventory.
- Request for new furniture with the guide of Sales & Admin
- Collate daily sales and expenses, follow-up with MD to capture her expenses. Submit figures to Sales & Admin
- Ensures shop is ready to serve clients by ensuring all necessary tools are ready.
- Assist MD with charity work.
- Inventory of stocks.
Qualifications / Skills and Competencies
- Candidates should posses a B.Sc / HND qualification in related field.
- 1 – 3 years work experience.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Proficiency in verbal and written English Language.
- Friendly, warm and compassionate personality.
Salary
N90,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
