Job Description
- Overseeing the teams operating the machines that produces top notch products for ¼ of the world’s population is a hard job, but it’s worth it when you’re recognized often by your manager, supported by your team, and you see the products produced being used by your own friends and family at the end of the day.
- In this role you will manage and lead a multi-disciplined diaper team in order to achieve excellence in safety, quality, centre lining, productivity, housekeeping, cost management, human resource and asset management

- You hold a minimum of Higher National Diploma (HND) in either Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Operations Management. A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering would be an added advantage.
- 8 – 10 years’ experience on high speed manufacturing equipment, of which at least 2 years must be at a supervisory level is essential.
- Previous knowledge of Diaper machines and an understanding of Kimberly-Clark’s Policies and Procedures would be an advantage.
- Sound knowledge of I.R. and L.R.A. Practices and experience in leadership or supervisory capacity in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
- And you have demonstrated good leadership qualities in line with K.C policies and practices.
- We also need you to be computer literate.
