Job Title: Assistant Account Manager

Job Description
- Plan and evaluate all accounting procedures and policies to ensure transactions are accurately and completely captured.
- Reconcile bank statements, cash accounts, accounts receivable and payable balances on a weekly basis.
- Asset management (Posting of monthly depreciation, amortization and disposal).
- Follow-up with banks for excess charges detect in the course of reconciliation.
- Preparation of budget and monitoring.
- Attending to tax-related issues and audit inquiries.
- Ensuring all documents and their respective supports are filed appropriately.
- Tracking all receivables and liaising with appropriate departments for collections.
- Reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Payroll preparation and ensure payment are made as at when due.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND qualification and must be ICAN Certified.
- 3 – 5 years work experience.
