JOB TITLE: B2C Executive

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and driving the short term and long-term strategy for the B2C line of business
- Responsible for successfully building client relationships, solution selling, cold calling, closing leads, and generating new business.
- Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and provide customers with quotations.
- Work with the Customer Success team to ensure our customers enjoy a best of class customer experience.
- Maintain and grow sales and gross margin for the product range in line with company budgets and strategic plans
- Manage sales of the company’s products and services in defined geographical areas
- Manage existing and build a new relationship
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing available resources
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Identify and sign new strategic merchants: Bring onboard key merchants in different categories who are currently not on the platform.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Provide coordinates of farms inspected
Job Requirements
- BSc / BA in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant fields (Second Class Upper)
- Minimum of Second Class Lower with relevant Master’s Degree
- NIMN, ISMMN certification or other related certification
- 3+ years marketing experience required; a minimum of 2 years of experience directly managing B2C Marketing programs with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results
- Experience within the automotive industry is an added advantage.
