Job Title: Bank Engagement and Partnerships Manager

Description
- We are looking for a very results-oriented, well-organized and hands-on Bank Engagement & Partnerships Manager with a proactive personality who enjoys client-facing and the challenge of growing a business. This manager is expected to possess excellent management capacity and be able to lead multiple locations across Cities with start-up experience.
- They seek to engage this productivity-oriented professional who will collaborate with the executive management team and the local country team to drive the B2B and Banking partner relationships in Nigeria. This professional will own and build out the bank and partnerships channels and ensure growth from each channel on a Month-on-month basis.
What do you Need to be Considered Successful?
- Onboard new bank partners and manage current bank partner relationships to ensure the successful and continuous deployment of auto loans from the bank via the Autochek platform
- Be responsible for the sales targets attached to the Bank Channel and design and implement innovative strategies to achieve increased penetration across the retail bank network
- Ensure the successful integration and deployment of a Whitelabel product for all banks -Similar to “Chase Auto” and ensure disbursements over $500k from each bank
- Work with the senior management team – CEO, SVP to set up and attend all banking partner or corporate customer meetings
- Be the main point of contact between Autochek and the banking or Corporate partner
- Be responsible for the post-meeting deliverables and follow up with the partner to move the projects along
- Function as the project manager that ensures all partnership projects run smoothly and are successfully delivered. This could range from tech integration to finance partner disbursements
- Deliver excellent customer service for banking partners and corporate partners
- Effectively manage all stakeholders related to a project and be the internal champion for the partner
- Build out the Corporate channel by acquiring new partners and working with the commercial team to ensure all corporate transactions are successfully managed and closed with excellent customer service delivery

- Be able to draft a project plan with deliverables and dates
- Be able to draft pitch presentations and documents required for the project.
- Have represented the company at meetings and achieve meeting goals
- Have high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
- Be able to to follow up on all stakeholders
- Be able to effectively communicate project requirements
- Be ableto manage corporate customers and banking partners

Educational Requirements
- B.Sc Degree and Masters Degree or its equivalent in Business Admin or related field.
Industry Experience:
- Banking experience
- Corporate customer experience
- Customer service and people management experience
