Job Responsibilities
- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
- Understand and implement the company’s strategy and business plan.
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.
- Researching prospective accounts in target markets.
- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle.
- Created bespoke acquisition strategy to acquire agents and strengthen retention.
- Conducted research and used findings to develop initiatives to grow agent networks.
- Work with the operations team to make materials collection cost effective for the company
- Proactively lead market penetration within assigned locations.
Key Requirements
- 1 to 2 year working experience in Sales or related positions.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills.

- Microsoft office and G-suites.

Salary
N50,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
