JOB DETAILS:
- The Business development Consultant will play a crucial role in the success of Talentsquare as an organizational consulting firm.
- You will generate new sales leads, negotiate client pricing, and forecast sales revenue.
- Your core objective in this role is to help Talentsquare maximize on growth and profits
- Among other responsibilities you should be able to evaluate current sales performance and identify ways an organization can expand and grow. Consequently, our ideal candidate is someone who is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and commission-driven.

- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
- Writing and putting together personalized proposals for potential and our present clients
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Researching prospective accounts in target markets
- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
- Managing accounts of prospective and present clients
- Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals
- Attending conferences and industry events
Other Requirements
- BSc / BA in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
- Proven working experience as a business development manager or Business related role that is/was sales or business development related
- Proven sales track record
- Experience or understanding of the Human Resource operations or worked in a HR consulting firm in an engagement personnel or project is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, cloze, hubspot)
- Proficiency in English
- Can put together concise and straight to the point emails or documents that present our solutions to businesses

- Time management and planning skills

- Communication skills: You should be able to communicate with clients of all backgrounds and educational levels. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills are needed for this role.
- Organizational skills: You should be comfortable juggling numerous clients, on- and off-site meetings, and deadlines; keeping client proposals and other tasks on track.
- Time-management skills: Our ideal candidate understands how to prioritize their time and should be comfortable managing a calendar and adjusting their schedule as needed.
- Technical and computer skills: Most organizations use a sales content management system (CMS) or CRM to track leads and client calls and document where each prospect is in the sales cycle.
- Drive and self-motivation: Our ideal candidate must be goal-oriented and commission-driven. A professional who possesses the drive and motivation and will push themselves to succeed.
Salary
