Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our market presence in the real estate industry.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue through effective business development strategies.
Responsibilities
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify potential areas for business expansion.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Lead Generation:
- Generate new business leads through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and projects.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients, real estate developers, and industry partners.
- Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their objectives.
Proposal Development:
- Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Ensure smooth and efficient deal closures.
Strategic Partnerships:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with real estate developers, investors, and industry stakeholders.
- Explore joint ventures and collaboration opportunities.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Provide regular updates on business development activities, sales forecasts, and achievements.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends and dynamics.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Remuneration
- Salary: N350,000 monthly
- Sales Commission.
