Job Summary
- Our client requires the service of a Business development executive. You are to assist to develop and sustain solid trustworthy relationships between major key accounts and organization and report directly to the Line manager.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop sales-boosting, customer-attracting, and customer retaining efforts.
- Conduct periodic market scanning to identify and engage prospective clients.
- Maintain a healthy lead generation pipeline through cold calls, referrals, and networking.
- Provide timely response to customers’ requests for quotations and tenders.
- Evaluate vendors and suppliers offers and negotiates profitable purchase prices.
- Enlighten clients and customers on the company’s products and services.
- Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock.
Qualifications / Requirements
- HND / B.Sc in any relevant discipline is required
- Between 1-5 years in a sales/business development/marketer in any FMCG/manufacturing/production company
- Ability to meet targets, deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Excellent customer service
- Achievement of stock control targets
- Skills: Ability to meet targets, deadlines and work under pressure; Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge: Understanding of key marketing principles and practice; Sales and Marketing, Business Growth and Development; Customer Retention and Acquisition.
Remuneration and Benefits
N120,000 (Net) Monthly with other benefits.
