Job Title: Business Development Manager

Responsibilities
- We need a Business Development Manager to boost its expanding Landscape Business
- Lead the Business Development Project Delivery Process feasibility modeling
- Planning and designing
- Ability to analyze and interpret business into landscape designs.
- Landscape Contract Administration
- Developing strong product knowledge as well as customer knowledge.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive sales plans.
- Maintaining an accurate customer database for reporting, mailing and marketing programs.
- Providing inputs, creative solutions and ideas to the management team on products offerings.
- Exceeding or meeting sales targets while demonstrating a solid customer focus.
- Initiating and leveraging sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers while developing and maintaining key clients.
- Providing feedback from clients in order to access possible improvements to existing products and also the need for new products
- Meets or exceeds established sales goals for contracted work and extras.
- In charge of the Company’s social media handle.
- In Charge of Exhibition of trade shows.
- Making sure that Project objectives are met.
- Also Add value through innovating, creating, amending, proposing and refining landscape development processes and governance
Qualifications and Requirements
- Good B.Sc. in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, BA with a professional qualification.
- MBA an added advantage
- Minimum 6 years’ proven experience on Real Estate, Landscape Design and Property Development companies.
- Good knowledge of landscape designs.
- High level of numeracy and financial awareness necessary with proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel.
- Knowledge of related software.
- Strong leadership qualities
- Outstanding business development and sales conversion skills
- Formal project management training will be an advantage.
- Ability to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends, and to travel extensively within assigned territory.
- Total profit-making responsibility for operations.
Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 monthly.
