JOB TITLE: Business Development / Office Administrator
JOB LOCATION: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely post and update on all social media handles
- Manage proposals and conduct research on potential client
- Identify, develop and target growth strategies for financial gains
- Evaluate administrative staff performance
- Review and approve supply requisitions
- Ensure all Bills are paid promptly
- Check stock to determine inventory levels
- Monitor and approve vendor needs for seminar
- Liaise with partners on seminar facilitators and guest list
- Design and implement office policies
- Ensure personnel files are up to date and secure
- Process staff salaries and benefits
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Degree in Business Administration or Office Administration / Management, Finance or other relevant degree
- Minimum of 5 years working experience
- Computer skills including Ms Office Suite, Outlook programs, and e-mail at a highly proficient level
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 / Month
