Principal Duties / Responsibilities
Operational Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Mapping:
Advertisements
- Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their talent needs and develop strategic recruitment solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for client organizations
Market Intelligence Explorer:
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging talent demands, positioning our firm as the go-to recruitment partner for innovative workforce solutions.
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
Tailored Recruitment Solutions:
- Collaborate with clients to customize recruitment strategies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality candidates who seamlessly integrate into the client’s organizational culture..
- Review and screen candidate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for client job openings
Client Relationship Cultivator:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor in the realm of talent acquisition and recruitment strategy.
- Nurture and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the outsourcing journey, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
- Pipeline Orchestrator:
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, orchestrating the end-to-end business development process from lead generation to contract negotiation and successful placement.
Job Requirements
To be successful in the role, the candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2 years minimum Experience in Business Development within the Manpower/ Outsourcing industry.
- Proven experience working as a business development officer or similar role.
- Proven ability to think strategically, identifying opportunities for business growth and crafting innovative solutions.

- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

Salary
N150,000 (monthly gross).
