Job Title: Chief Commercial Officer
Location: Lagos

Reports To: CEO
Job Objectives
Oversee and coordinate development activities to ensure profitability & delivery.
Coordinate and manage business prospecting especially sourcing and securing new business opportunities aligned with the company’s focus.
Manage and coordinate all revenue origination functions particularly sales and marketing activities.
Manage and coordinate all client engagement activities and activations.
Responsibilities
New Business Development:
Assist the CEO to identify new development opportunities tied to market needs assessments.
Assist the CEO to implement all revenue strategies, ensuring timely achievement of all objectives.
Ensure quarterly business goals are attainable and aligned with corporate objectives
Operations Management:
In conjunction with project teams, ensure timely execution of all scheduled projects.
Manage & enforce adherence to policies and processes designed to ensure optimal service delivery.
Collaborate & work closely with divisional teams and the CEO to ensure the prompt & profitable delivery of services for all residential and commercial communities.
Revenue Assurance:
Manage all revenue teams particularly sales teams, marketing activation teams & client engagement teams to ensure all revenue objectives are met or surpassed.
Take ownership for revenue assurance inclusive of creating and implementing strategies designed to achieve sales revenue targets.
Client Management:
Ensure growth of subscriber base and effective demand aggregation.
Manage and coordinate sourcing of new business and captive development opportunities.
Manage and grow investment teams particularly debt note investors networks.
Manage and coordinate all client management activities.
Requirements
A First Degree in Law, Engineering, Architecture, or Social Sciences.
Minimum of fifteen (15) years experience in a client facing role with at least five(5) year’s experience in a general or executive management role.
Strong personal integrity that is attested by character witnesses.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams to produce excellent results.
Ability to work with all levels of management, build partnerships and teams
Highly organized and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
