- On behalf of our client, we are looking for a capable and talented COO to help craft and pursue our client’s strategic vision. Our client is a Media Organisation that have being a major player in the Nigerian Media industry for three 3 decades with offices in Lagos and Abuja.
- The COO role as a key member of the Leadership Team, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), will have to maintain control of diverse publishing Industry business operations, so we expect an experienced and efficient leader with previous success in a similar role.
- The goal of the COO position is to secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.

- 10+ years’ experience in similar or relevant role with relevant professional, Technical and Management qualifications
- Proven experience in similar or relevant role
- Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
- Working knowledge of team performance/operation metrics
- Working knowledge of Business infrastructure
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- Professional Technical and Management qualifications in relevant field.
COO Skills and Qualifications:
The Chief Operating Officer, as part of the executive Management Team, will be involved in creating the operating procedures that the whole company will follow. The successful candidate must have:
