Job Responsibilities
- Advise the Senior Executives on customer satisfaction measures, customer experience strategies, programs, initiatives and emerging issues to enable customer-eccentric strategic decision processes and major issues response.
- Manage the implementation of integrated customer engagement and communication initiatives to improve and enhance the perceptions and experiences of customers.
- Follow up and monitorcustomer issues ensuring that they are resolved properly within the agreed service level. Drive the overall performance of the customer service functionincluding; service levels, workforce adherence, compliance & customer satisfaction.
- Drive account opening and reactivation of customers
- Attend to all customers’ request and enquiries and ensure customers’ satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 3 years relevant work experience.
