Job Title: Community Facilitator

Responsibilities
- Could also support and participate in other community activities such as the conduct of targeted mobile HIV testing.
- Mobilize KP for quarterly community town hall/internal stakeholder meetings
- Facilitate review meetings with other volunteers.
- Collect and collate quality data of KPs.
Knowledge and Experience

- Diploma / NCE
- Minimum of 2 years working experience
- Good human relations especially with the host community and KP target population
- Flexibility (readily available at the time of any activity)
- Computer literacy
- Ability to speak local languages in Taraba State
- Understand and respect host community values and respect the rights and values of the KP Community.
- Excellent report writing
- Ability to coordinate and organize meetings and other related activities
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience in HIV counseling, testing, and enrolment for key populations in line with national guidelines and best practices
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
