JOB TITLE: Concierge
JOB LOCATION: Ikeja, Lagos

JOB DETAILS:
- We are looking to hire a concierge who can deliver exceptional services in the reception area.
- The ideal fit is one who is customer-centric, able to anticipate the needs of customers and provides all services in a friendly manner.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone and email inquiries from potential guests in a timely and respectful manner
- Greet guests and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome
- Assist guests with luggage and show them to their room
- Offer restaurant and activity recommendations and assist guests in arranging transportation and excursions
- Receive and redirect mail, phone calls, and packages
- Ensure that guest spaces and lobby are clean and tidy at all times
- Act as a liaison between guests and any department necessary including the kitchen, housekeeping, etc.
- Anticipate guests needs in order to accommodate them and provide an exceptional guest experience
- Maintain inventory of supplies and order new stock as needed.
Requirements
- OND qualification with a minimum of 2 years work experience.
- Must live within Ikeja GRA environs
- Male
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be competent working with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Must possess a positive attitude and be willing to work as part of a team
