JOB TITLE: Concierge Manager
JOB LOCATION: Victoria Island, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Creating marketing plans to promote services and increase revenue through special events or promotions
- Serving as an advisor to senior executives of large companies by offering advice about private schools, real estate, luxury cars, travel destinations, and other high-end products or services
- Managing employee performance, making sure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner and that employees are trained adequately for their positions
- Coordinating with the human resources department to schedule for employee orientations and other new hire events
- Providing event planning services such as arranging meetings, conferences, weddings, trade shows, and entertainment events
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the concierge desk, including hiring and training staff members, managing inventory of supplies and equipment, and ensuring that all facilities are clean and functioning properly
- Providing concierge services to residents of a high-end apartment building, hotel guests, or other individuals or businesses who can afford to pay for premium service
- Coordinating the activities of event staff such as catering managers, photographers, florists, DJs, security guards, entertainers, and event planners.
