Job Description
- Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh
- Bake, grill, steam and boil meats, vegetables, fish, and other foods
- Present, garnish and arrange final dishes
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes
- Handle and store ingredients and food
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment and utensils
- Set up workstations with required ingredients and equipment
- Experience in local and international settings and preparing modern local and international foods.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess minimum of an SSCE qualification with 2 – 5 years relevant work experience.
- Diploma in culinary school is an added advantage.
