JOB TITLE: Corporate Brand and Event Manager

JOB DETAILS
- An enthusiastic, creative and highly organized brand and event manager responsible for planning and executing offline and online events from conception to completion. Implements company activations; delivers the creative and communication requirements of different departments; plans and executes internal communication campaigns; and contributes to brand strategy and implementation.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Conceive, organize and implement all aspects of the company’s internal and external events (online and offline), including sponsored events, in accordance with the company’s goals.
- Liaise with the different departments to understand their communication and creative needs with a view to supporting them to achieve their business objectives.
- Responsible for activations, internal / office branding, video shoots, animations and jingle production.
- Conceptualize and execute impactful Corporate Social Responsibility projects for maximum brand visibility and enhancement of positive perception of the company.
- Manage, negotiate and coordinate suppliers and other logistics.
- Lead promotional activities for all events.
- Produce post-event evaluation to inform future events.
- Procure the most suitable corporate gifts and marketing collateral at the best quality at the lowest price.
- Create brand strategies and promotional activities that build customer loyalty, brand recognition and customer satisfaction.
- Member of the Editorial Board of the inhouse journal and responsible for the planning, coordination and production of Acceler8 Vlog.
- Ideation, creation and copy writing of creative materials.
- Any other assignment that may be given by the GM, Corporate Services & Administration.

Qualification
- B.Sc. in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
