Job Title: Country Sales Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- Responsible for the company’s financial sales target.
- Management of presale and sale activities.
- Responsible for following existing leads and opening new potential markets for products.
- Foster relationship with clients to create seamless hand-off to after sales team.
Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned financial sales target for the territories/ regions identified.
- Develop a target achievement strategy for the sales/ presales team.
- Liaise and negotiate with high-ranking public and private sector staff.
- Close deals and sign sale and maintenance contracts with customers.
- Actively engage with OEM on specification, updates and the required support.
- Frequent travel as required within identified market territories.
Job Requirements
- Graduate Degree in related field. Engineering Degree / background would be an advantage but not a requirement.
- Minimum of 10 years overall sales in hardware or software sales of which at least 3 years in leadership role.
- Experience in pipeline development and go-to-market planning and execution.
- Experience working with Government at State and Federal levels.
- Ability to develop, coach and motivate sales team.
- A pro-active result-driven self-starter who can operate individually and as part of a team.
- Experience with direct sales and distribution management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in multiple local dialects would be advantageous.
