Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Requirement
- Interested candidates should possess an MSc / BSc / HND / OND / NCE qualification.
Salary
- N20,000 – N55,000 monthly.
