JOB TITLE: Customer Care Professional
JOB LOCATION: Ogbomosho, Oyo, Nigeria
JOB DETAILS:
Applicant must be able to run the company’s customer care hotline. Should have a few years of experience working in a call center. They must also understand how to efficiently address customer concerns and maintain a high customer retention rate. Customer care professionals must also be experts on the product or service offered by their company. Applicant must also know how to respond to customer requests and complaints via the company’s social media platforms (WhatsApp, email, Instagram, Facebook…). Since the company maintains a 24/7 customer service hotline, customer service professionals may have to work nights and weekends.
In addition to their customer service responsibilities, they should be able to train and mentor new employees on call center best practices.
