Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, following established procedures and guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions
- Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team members
- Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings and provide relevant information to clients
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that customer needs are met
- Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
- Perform other customer service duties as required by the organization
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with some college education preferred
- Up to 2 years of experience in a customer service role or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and find solutions to complex issues
- Strong customer focus with the ability to provide exceptional service to clients
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems, including customer service software, email, and chat applications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
