Main Objective of The Job
- Achievement of the organization’s strategic objective by focusing on supporting the customer experience unit in ensuring excellent customer engagement and also translate Ruff’n’Tumble’s core value of customer satisfaction into the customers day to day reality.
Responsibilities / Deliverables / Outcome
- Weekly Health Check Call
- Trendsetters Engagement via Calls, Emails, SMS
- Inactive Customers Engagement
- Prospective Customers Engagement
- Customer Database Management
- Customer Satisfaction Telephone Survey & Feedback Reporting
- Store support and attend to store enquiries
- Confirmation of store credit usage
- Telemarketing – Communication of ongoing offers/promotions
- Telesales – Conversion to Sales through telephone engagement
- Customer Enquiries Management
- Engaging on Loyalty Programme.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years work experience.
