JOB TITLE: Customer Experience Executive
JOB LOCATION: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Respond to all customer inquiries on all social media platforms and via phone calls
- Compile all customer engagement reports
- Educate customers on new product features and functions
- Develop innovative ideas for customer retention & loyalty programs
- Contribute ideas to boost and improve customers’ total experience of the Arami brand
- Develop customer feedback surveys quarterly
- Perform customer consultations – provide solutions and recommendations to customers’ skin-related issues and check for customers’ understanding and acceptance
- Other functions assigned by the line manager
Requirements / Required Skills
- A Bachelor’s Degree / HND in any field from a reputable university
- At least 2 years experience in the Customer Relations Management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Great communication and time management skills
- Ability to complete tasks on time with little supervision
- Attention to detail
- Quick decision making
- Patience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite
