Job Description
- Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise
- Lead other customer service personnel
- Resolves problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, following up to ensure resolution
- Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions
- Manage customers and their requests by responding to questions and complaints through means such as telephone calls, emails etc.
- Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers complaints
- Recommend possible products to meet the customers needs
- Keep proper records and updated customer and clients database.
- Support the sales team in processing customers’ goods and payments
- Liaise with the media team on digital marketing
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 3 – 5 years work experience.
