Job Description and Responsibilities
- The job position allows the individual to combine excellent skills of customer service, relationship management and presentations with cross selling, upselling, telesales and marketing both online and off-line, in attracting, satisfying and retaining customers.

- The candidate should be flexible, with great people skills & has the ability to adapt with the constant dynamic changes in the customer service and sales world.
Requirements
- If you have previous experience as a Customer Service Executive or similar relationship/managerial role, we’d like to meet you.
- Our ideal candidate also needs working knowledge of sales, and Customer Relationship Management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- HND / B.Sc. in any related course of study.
- Proficiency with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word specifically).
- Strong customer relationship management and selling skills with a charming problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum of 1 year working experience.
Remuneration
N70,000 – N90,000 Monthly (Negotiable) + Commission on sales closed.
