JOB TITLE: Customer Service Executive
JOB LOCATION: Lekki Phase One, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Overseeing and assessing staff activities, and providing them with regular performance-related feedback.
- Strategizing and monitoring the daily activities of floor operations.
- Managing cashier coverage and customer flow to ensure proficient customer service.
- Investigating and solving customer service complaints.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of service policies, and explaining these to staff and customers.
- Maintaining documentation of sales activities.
- Performing additional duties where needed.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 – 4 years of work experience.
Salary
- N80,000 – N90,000 Monthly.
