JOB TITLE: Customer Service Officer
JOB LOCATION: Yaba, Lagos

JOB DETAILS:
- Ensure full understanding ofthe bank products and effectively explain product benefits and features to clients.
- Ensuring pro-active service to customers by adhering to Bank’s standard customer service delivery turn-around time.
- Managing customer inquiry with regards service points within the branch where clients can be serviced through accounts opening packages, cheque books, customer statements etc.
- Maximising Customer Satisfaction by ensuring quick and professional service and complaint management..
- Understand fully all Petra MfB products and services and procedures.
- Effectively engage clients to educate clients on all products and cross sell services and products as required.
- Ensure proper customer account opening documentation and filing
- Handling customer complaints and servicing customers’ inquiries.
- Co-planning local marketing and sales activities, reviewing results and determine improvements.
- Maximise customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Mimimum qualification of B.Sc or HND
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in a micro finance bank
- Live within Yaba and Environs.
