Education and Experience
- Minimum of HND / B.Sc in any related course.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a customer service representative.
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications.
- Numeric, oral, and written language applications.
Competency and Skills Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and pay attention to details.
- Proximity to Yaba.
Salary
N60,000 monthly, plus other benefits and sales Commission.
