JOB TITLE: Customer Service Representative
JOB LOCATION: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Gather product feedback and communicate to relevant stakeholders.
- Check-in on staff members onboarding journey to identify blockages to approve the member.
- Approach issues staff members face with a perception of eliminating such issues in the corresponding channel.
- Laisse with respective teams and affiliates to ensure all member’ requests and complaints are managed through an effective resolution process.
- Ensure staff members are enabled to sign up process.
- Attend to all staff members without prejudice or discrimination.
- Handle all chats and calls punctually in a courteous and professional manner.
- Make a minimum of 100 calls per day.
- Respond to members via channel assigned to you.
Requirements and Skills
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in a fast-paced environment in the Sales and business development area (Preferably banking or fintech)
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Fluency in English and other Nigerian languages.
- Empathetic and curious attitude.
- Willingness to work weekends, occasional holidays and outside of standard 9-5 business hours.
- Experience in Customer service, telemarketing and Customer experience.
- Ability to utilize personal creativity and personal initiative to solve problem.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Strict confidentiality.
