Responsibilities
Customer Assistance:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
- Provide accurate information about products, orders, shipping, and returns.
Order Management:
- Assist customers in placing orders, modifying orders, and tracking shipments.
- Resolve order-related issues promptly and efficiently.
Issue Resolution:
- Address customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide effective and informed assistance.
- Educate customers on product features and benefits.
Communication:
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, promotions, and any relevant updates.
- Contribute to the development of FAQs and support documentation.
Qualifications
- HND, BSc in Mass communication or equivalent.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order processing systems.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to navigate and use customer service software and e-commerce platforms.
- Empathetic and patient approach to customer interactions.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or retail setting is a plus.
Key Competence:
- Proficiency in Ms Office – Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- CRM Softwares
Other Requirements:
- Must reside in Lagos.
