Provide client support by interacting with clients.
Act as a visibility of the company brand in the branch location.
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, copying, binding,documenting etc.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Reply to email, telephone, or face to face inquiries
Provide polite and professional communication.
Taking active control of the office.
Identify and develop problem solving methodologies to resolve customer issues.
Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries.
Requirements
A First / HND in Business Administration or its relevant field.
2 – 3 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office/Excel
Building long-term relationships with key clients.
