Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Chinese Speaking)
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Description
- Daily reception and business processing work, responsible for platform business consultation, timely response to solve problems encountered by customers;
- Docking domestic customer service, daily customer order inquiry, quotation;
- Responsible for pushing product information to customers;
- Collect customer needs and feedback, and organize reports
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- Understand Chinese and be able to communicate daily in Chinese;
- More than 1 year experience in customer service
- Have strong communication skills, bear hardships and stand hard work;
- Strong learning ability, auto parts industry experience, preferred.
