Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer who is passionate about our mission.
The ideal candidate will help represent your business as a client support person.
Job Responsibilities
Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
Generate sales leads
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call-handling quotas
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
Identify customer needs and help customers use the specific feature
Job Qualification and Requirements
Minimum Qualification: BSc./ HND
Experience: Mid-level
As well as formal qualifications, you should have these attributes:
Attention to detail – being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks
Strong analytical / problem-solving skill.
Persuasive Speaking Skills.
Clear communication skills
Empathy
Ability to work collaboratively with all business units across the company
Amongst other skills.
