Job Description
- Ensure prompt response to customers’ requests and enquiries at all times and across all channels
- Acknowledge and provide relevant assistance needed to resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Escalate customer complaints/enquiries and other observations to relevant personnel as appropriate
- Enlighten customers about the company’s products and services aimed at promoting customer satisfaction and continuous patronage
- Provide first-level technical support services.
- Monitor and maintain customer database.
- Train Carriers and Sales Representative on parcel Exchange Applications and Assist clients to Upload Product seamslessly
- Make Outbounds Calls to our clients.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess minimum of an OND qualification with 0 – 2 years relevant work experience.
- She must Reside Around isolo,oshodi and mushin Lagos
- She must be good with Microsoft Excel, word and others.
