Job Brief
- We are looking for a highly motivated, goal-oriented, experienced, and creative Digital Marketing officer who can create content and engagements that would convert prospects and drive more lead generation and sales.
- The Digital Marketing Officer will support the business growth agenda by promoting and developing our products and services through the development and production of high-quality outputs for our business.
- Ultimately, the Candidate will help us to reach our target audience by delivering both useful and appealing online information about our company and products.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, marketing materials, and social media platforms.
- Maintain and grow our social media presence across all digital channels including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Manage social media accounts and social media activities, ensuring that all pictures, audio, and videos to be published are of international standards in terms of grammar, content, and presentation
- Development and implementation of digital marketing plan and goals that align with the company’s business goal.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO / SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
- Develop creative ideas, suggest new innovative ways of delivering engaging digital content, and keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends.
- Development of brand awareness and sustaining the online reputation.
- Content management to drive digital media engagements, and grow followership, and conversion rate for company products and services.
- Using social media to engage consumers, promptly respond to questions or complaints, and promote company initiatives.
- Researching and turning content ideas into videos, images, infographics, and text captions.
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, including tracking key metrics such as website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Stay up to date with changes in digital marketing technologies and tools and recommend new strategies and tactics to improve the company’s marketing efforts.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs in line with brand plans and business priorities.
- Using A/B testing to optimise digital marketing performance.
- Driving business growth by developing innovative growth ideas and campaigns.
- Responsible for the broad digital media management function.
Qualification and Competence
- A Graduate of a University or any recognized tertiary institution.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing and producing digital content.
- Hands-on experience with online marketing tools and practices.
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
- Proficiency in Graphics Designing, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and CRM systems.
