JOB TITLE: Digital Sales Executive

JOB DETAILS:
- The staff will be responsible for generating sales and sales lead using various online and social media channels.
Responsibilities
- Technical Core Skills
- Activate 100% ABC Cargo Express products service presence online
- Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization
- Optimization of Cargo Express products
- Running daily minimum of 10 post of cargo Express product on all social media platforms
- ABC Cargo Express brand online advertisement
- Generating leads and distributing same to sales executives
- Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used
- Maintain digital dashboard of several different accounts
- Coordinate with sales team to create marketing campaigns
- Prepare emails to send out to customers
- Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success
- Create and maintain online listings across e-commerce platforms
- Ensure that the brand message is consistent
- Research competitors’ pricing and products
- Decide on appropriate placement of ads
- Determine what content will reach customers
- Develop projects to create content
- Publish digital marketing content online
- Implement email marketing campaigns
- Measure digital traffic
- Monitor social media and Google Analytics
- Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools
- Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders
- Scale campaigns to maximize ROI
- Monitor project status and budget
- Conduct market research to inform campaigns
- Brainstorm and implement experiments and conversion tests

- Active company social media handles
- 100% accuracy of timely responses for all online queries and enquires
- 100% achievement on targeted ads running per month
- 10% of revenue increase from online onboarded clients
- 20% increase in customer base every month
- 100% achievement of target lead generation per month
- 100% active follow up on all prospected online clients
- 100% professional hand shake with the Customer experience and Admin for efficient administration and management of the generated leads
- Once in a quarter market research test with report
- 100% submission of weekly and monthly reports

- Proficiency in use of relevant Technology and software for inventory management, operational logistics and supply chain management and tracking.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc in any discipline with a minimum of 2nd class honours.
- MUST have completed NYSC programme.
- 3 – 5 years relevant work experience.
