Our client is seeking to hire a skilled and competent Direct Sales Agent to join its team.
As a direct sales agent, you will be in charge of identifying and cultivating relationships with potential buyers and sellers of real estate properties.
The role holder will beresponsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties while providing exceptional customer service and guidance throughout the process.
Job Responsibilities
Follow-up with leads to increase sales
Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales.
Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Conduct open houses to promote agency listings
Oversee the entire process from property listing to closing deals to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience.
Up-to-date market information about potential homes, similar properties, and the neighbourhood.
Meet with prospective clients to determine their needs and interests in order to sell our products or services.
Preparation of the weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Providing customer service to existing/ potential clients by answering questions
about products or services
Setting up meetings with potential clients to discuss product offerings.
Maintaining records of all sales made, including follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction with products or services purchased.
Person Specification
B.Sc / BA in Estate Management, Social Sciences, or a relevant field; further training will be a plus.
Minimum of 3 years as a direct sales agent within the real estate industry or a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations
Results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
Excellent negotiation and networking skills to convince potential customers.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
