JOB DETAILS:
- Direct Sales Agents market a company’s goods and services to leads and converts them to customers.
- With a great understanding of the market, they develop strategies to sell, cross sell and upsell a company’s products and services to existing customers and ensure great satisfaction while using same.
- Our ideal candidates are self-motivated individuals who willmarket and increase the company’s sales pipeline in a very competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Prospect new clients via newsletter marketing, visitations, outdoor meetings and other means
- Increase sales pipeline by generating leads and convert them to customers
- Grow market share by ensuring assigned sales targets are met
- Cross sell and up sell the company’s products and services to existing customers
- Visit, call and email existing, new and prospective clients as follow up to ensure their patronage and satisfaction
- Identify and educate the target market on the company’s products and services
- Maintain up-to-date information on the pricing and availability of goods
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the provision of superior services to the customers
- Provide market intelligence to stakeholders, identify product gaps and new business opportunities
- Develop sales proposals that speak to the customers’ needs, concerns and objectives
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing or any related field.
- At least 2 year sales experience in any field. Experience in an investment company is an added advantage
- Familiarity with digital marketing
- Product knowledge of all goods the company deals in
- Great knowledge and understanding of the market place and customers desires
- Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong networking skills
- Customer focus
- Target driven and Result oriented
- Highly persuasive
- Attention to details
- Able to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
