Job Description
Our client is looking to engage qualified and detail-oriented Duty Managers to increase the efficiency of its operations.
The role will report to the Operations Manager. May also be required to perform administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate advanced operational competency and excellent managerial skills.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
Reporting to the Operations Manager about policy and procedure implementations
Ensuring that the housekeeping, cleaning and F & B teams meet service standards
Ensuring that operational deadlines are met
Providing operations support to all departments
Conducting frequent spot checks to ensure that staff carry out their duties effectively and efficiently
Developing and tracking workplans
Managing relationships with guests in a transparent manner.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field with 3 – 6 years relevant work experience.
Extensive experience in a hotel operations management position or similar
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a kitchen team
Excellent organizational and time management abilities to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Ability to adapt to changing demands and work well under pressure.
