JOB DETAILS:
- Respond to customer Online and Mobile Applications enquiries or service malfunctions
- Assist customers with web/app selection, answers basic questions, and suggests alternative to support client transactions
- Document customer problems and inputs in ticketing system.
- Ensures prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information or escalating/engaging others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures.
- Works closely will the app ICT unit to ensure they are updated with all the required information
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc qualification
- 1 – 3 years of work experience.
